In this pivotal leadership role, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and take the reins of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care. Your primary mission is to foster a warm, supportive, and high-quality environment for our residents, their families, and our hardworking staff.

Resident & Staff Advocacy: Finding the best way forward for our residents and our people.
Operational Excellence: Running a "tight ship" by maintaining high standards of efficiency and operational safety.
Financial Stewardship: Ensuring the home remains viable by meeting revenue targets and managing the budget effectively.
Team Leadership: Inspiring your team to perform at their peak and supporting their professional growth.
Community Engagement: Building and maintaining strong ties with the local community to benefit the home and its residents.
