Facility Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Aged Care Manager to serve as the "head of the home" for our vibrant community in Kogarah. In this pivotal leadership role, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and take the reins of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care. Your primary mission is to foster a warm, supportive, and high-quality environment for our residents, their families, and our hardworking staff.

• Resident & Staff Advocacy: Finding the best way forward for our residents and our people.

• Team Leadership: Inspiring your team to perform at their peak and supporting their professional growth.

• Community Engagement: Building and maintaining strong ties with the local community to benefit the home and its residents.

What You Bring to the Table
